I love nature and the outdoors and try to bring that in to my patient visits. It is important to me to take time to breathe in the beauty of the Pac NW and want to enlighten others to do the same.
I enjoy yoga, mindfulness, reading, trying out new recipes and then eating them! :)
I have made my own herbal remedies and hope to one day incorporate them into my treatment protocols.
